How To Hypnotize People
It’s a myth that hypnosis is used for bad reasons and can be harmful. Most of us have watched movies or TV shows
that pictured a man hypnotizing a victim into doing bad things for him.
Whilst I've made every effort to make this guide to Conversational Hypnosis Techniques For Seduction
as informative as possible, it just isn't possible to go into great detail, but there are some paid guides that offer a more
comprehensive insight, that you may want to check out this web site for more information
Hypnosis is a natural state, which actually relaxes a person. Many times we get close to hypnotism when we
daydream or get engrossed in a particular thought. The hypnotized person feels refreshed and relaxed in this state. Initially, only
professionals or psychiatrists were known to perform hypnotism, however, today anyone can hypnotize anyone.
Certain ground rules should be followed when hypnotizing. Before you hypnotize a person, you should make him
aware about the whole process. Let a person understand that he will feel relaxed. It is very likely that the subject will be aware of what
is happening around him. In the hypnotized state a person won’t do anything that is against his morals. He will feel like he is asleep.
People are known to remember things when in the trance mode. Hence hypnotizing is harmless. Also, you cannot hypnotize a person forcefully
or if he/she is afraid of you.
Here are a couple of pointers on how to hypnotize people
The Progressive relaxation technique is the easiest way to hypnotize.
- The first thing to do is to make the subject sit or lie in a relaxed position.
- Your voice tone should be soft and gentle and not sound monotonous.
When you begin to hypnotize the first and important thing to say is,” relax, take a deep breath, and once again
take a deep breath and when you let the breath outclose your eyes and feel relaxed”. You can ask the person to close his eyes before or
when you begin the process.
When the person is in trance mode, make him aware of each part of his body. For example, say,” now feel your
right leg, once you are aware of it, relax your leg, you can stretch your leg or keep it the way it will make you feel
relaxed.
Before concluding the final part of How To Hypnotize People, I'd just like to mention that I have a six part
mini course, plus a newsletter series that I highly recommended you get a copy of, it's free of course.
Repeat this instruction for each body part. During the process, use positive words and appreciate the subject
frequently. For example, ”that’s it…fine, you are doing it right” and things like that.
The entire process needs to be repeated a few times. It may take 10 to 15 minutes to do so.
When it's time to get the person out of this state tell him,”on the count of five you should open your eyes,” and
if the eyes still don’t open, you can say, ”on the next count you will open your eyes and feel relaxed.”
Follow these simple steps and you can easily learn how to hypnotize people. Just remember to be cautious and
alert during the process. You can try self-hypnotism and then move on to others for a better experience.
