  • Things to Heed in Hypnosis
The thumb rule is never to instruct a hypnotized person to do anything harmful.

  • Never hypnotize a person against their will. Fear of you or of hypnosis is another reason why a person cannot be hypnotized.

  • Some of the signs of being under Hypnosis
The eyelids flutter on and off.

  • The eyes appear red and damp when they are opened.

  • The face and body appear relaxed and the muscles too relax.

  • The skin looks waxed and mannequin-like.

  • The person experiences warm or cool tingling sensations.

  • The effort to swallow seems difficult.

While under hypnosis your moral and ethical characters remain unaffected. In the state of hypnosis you will hear and be aware of everything around you, and it has been found that most people give a feedback to this effect.

The Process of Hypnotizing
Tell the person about the process before you ask them to be seated or lie down comfortably.

Speak to them in a soft, soothing voice.

Speak the following words -
“Take a deep breath and shut your eyes as you breathe out and you will start to relax”.

Ask them to be aware of the different parts of their body while relaxing and allowing his muscles to loosen.

Mingle these instructions with a lot of positive affirmations about doing fine and well.

In about 15 minutes the person should have reached a state of hypnosis. Inform the person when you are about to bring them out of hypnosis. Tell them you will count 1 to 5 and at the count of 5 they will be wide-awake and open their eyes.how to hypnotize home study course
