How To Hypnotize
Hypnosis is done either on yourself, or another person to carry out a therapy or remedy. How to Hypnotize, is a skill that can be quite easily learnt with the correct mind set, generally this
is done with the intention of eliminating or reducing pain, accelerating a healing process, curbing certain habits such as smoking or drinking
alcohol, and also to overcome fears or phobias.

say we are in a hypnotic state of mind most of the day as in being engrossed in reading or daydreaming. The state is similar to that of

hypnotized.

everything around you, and it has been found that most people give a feedback to this effect.
The Process of Hypnotizing
Tell the person about the process before you ask them to be seated or lie down comfortably.
Speak to them in a soft, soothing voice.
Speak the following words -
“Take a deep breath and shut your eyes as you breathe out and you will start to relax”.
Ask them to be aware of the different parts of their body while relaxing and allowing his muscles to loosen.
Mingle these instructions with a lot of positive affirmations about doing fine and well.
In about 15 minutes the person should have reached a state of hypnosis. Inform the person when you are about to
bring them out of hypnosis. Tell them you will count 1 to 5 and at the count of 5 they will be wide-awake and
open their eyes.
