It’s a myth that only professionals can hypnotize. Any sensible and alert person can learn how to perform hypnosis, which is normally used for the well being of the person and not to do wrong. When a person is hypnotized he or she goes into a trance while feeling relaxed and fresh. Many of us experience a state similar to hypnosis when we day dream or keep thinking about a particular incident. Before  hypnotizing you need to make the person aware of what he or she will go through.

Hypnosis can only be done when a person is willing and is not afraid of you, as it would be very difficult perfom hypnosis on a person who is strong minded. When using hypnosis remember never to ask the person to do anything harmful. Always use it for the wellbeing of the person.

Here are some steps on How To Perform Hypnosis;

Once you give the confidence to the other person that he or she will be fine and relaxed, you can begin your work.

Select a quiet room,  use dim lights or scented candles in the room. The first step to follow is to ask the person to lie down or sit comfortably on a couch. Ask him to relax and take a deep breath. Remember your voice tone should be soft and calm and not monotonous. Ask them to inhale and close his eyes whilst exhaling. Make the person aware of each part of his body one by one and relax. For example,  ask him to be aware of his left hand, and then slowly relax it in a comfortable position. Repeat these instructions for each body part, till the time the person reaches complete relaxation.

Before concluding the final part of How to Perform Hypnosis , I'd just like to mention that I have a six part mini course, plus a newsletter series that I highly recommended you get a copy of, it's free of course.

Ok lets finish up;

Once your hypnosis works and the person is  relaxed, you can give him or her the instructions you want to be followed. For instance, you want the person to get rid of bad habits, a wrong career move or it could be any thing, like a broken relationship. Once you give these instructions, let the person dwell in the state for sometime. When it’s time to get him out of the state, ask him to open his eyes at the count of five. If he fails to do so, instruct him to open it on the next count.

These simple steps will help in hypnosis. While most people don’t recollect what happened in the hypnotized state, few will. The result of hypnosis will vary from person to person, depending upon there mind set.
