Hypnosis is an effective procedure through which we can accelerate changes in the human behavior. It is a powerful psychological tool used to make suggestions to solve manyproblems or eradicate habits that are not good.

Once you have reached the trance like stage through deep relaxation, the mind is ready for questions and suggestions.

  • Auto questioning:

This is how we get information from our subconscious minds. During the deep relaxation stage the gap between the subconscious mind and the conscious mind is bridged. You will be able to understand the subconscious parameters of the behavior you wish to change through questioning the subconscious part of your mind to enable the desired change.
