Subliminal Hypnosis
Man seeks happiness by
innumerable means. If the identity of a man was merely his physical
existence then good health was all that was needed to ensure
his/her happiness. But, fortunately or unfortunately, man is not
just a physical entity but also a psychological and perhaps a
spiritual entity. It implies that our mental health is equally,
perhaps more, important for our happiness and a sense of
well-being.
Well that's some
statement, but one I believe to be true, and whilst I've made every
effort to make this guide on subliminal hypnosis as informative as
possible, it just isn't possible to go into great detail, but there
are some paid guides that offer a more comprehensive insight, that
you may want to check out this expert persuader of Subliminal Hypnosis
In the olden times when
humans were simple, a mere belief in the existence of a
metaphysical reality like God gave them a sense of security, solace
and satisfaction. However, in an age that is dominated by reason
rather than faith, man feels bold and free enough to lay the
foundation of his own destiny and happiness.
The discovery of
subliminal hypnosis in the modern age has opened the doors of a new
dimension where man can possess the power to experience a profound
sense of joy and fulfillment that was promised earlier only by the
prophets and the organized religions that followed them.
Even though subliminal
hypnosis has long been used by medical experts for therapeutic
purposes it is thankfully relevant today for even a layman as an
effective tool for self-transformation.
Mechanism of
subliminal hypnosis:
Using an apt analogy,
the human mind is like an iceberg the 10% of which is the Conscious
Mind while the other 90% is the Subconscious Mind.
The whole edifice of
subliminal hypnosis is based on the discovery that the unconscious
mind has a greater perceptual sensitivity than the conscious mind
with the result that it is capable of hearing or seeing what the
conscious mind is incapable of.
As such, the power that
the subconscious mind possesses is exploited and tapped for
subliminal hypnosis yielding profound positive results. At this
point it is important to note that self hypnosis and subliminal
hypnosis are not the same thing, though both are meant to influence
the unconscious mind.
Before concluding the
final part of Conversational Hypnosis, I'd just like to mention
that I have a six part mini course, plus a newsletter series that I
highly recommended you get a copy of, it's free of course and you
can get access right now below.
Hypnosis involves
entering into an altered state of consciousness whereas subliminal
hypnosis does not require any kind of trance. Of course, both imply
going beyond the confines of conscious mind. The basic idea is that
the critical faculty of conscious mind must somehow be in abeyance
for Subliminal Hypnosis to work
on you with the desired effect.
Subliminal messages work without any conscious effort on your
part!
When messages are
flashed before you at an extremely high speed, though your eyes
apparently fail to see those messages, yet your subconscious mind
instantly understands and accepts them. In order to wisely choose
the right kind of messages find out first what kind of positive
changes you need to impress upon your subconscious mind.
Do you want to develop
a new positive attitude or a useful skill? Or do you want to be
free from an addiction or a nagging worry, fear or obsession?
Whatever may be the case, subliminal hypnosis can come to your
rescue and help you substantially improve the quality of your
life very quickly and almost effortlessly.
