The material consists of 12 CDs plus bonus reports and a massive 629 page manual, which includes transcripts of the CDs

Now,,, a friendly word of warning here,,, in my view, this is not for the faint hearted, as it is a huge program, and requires focus to stay with it, but those that do, will be duly rewarded.
